The Tampa Bay area could be in for a mixed bag in the weather department on July 4. Forecasters at the National Weather Service say there's a 30 percent chance for showers in much of the region during the daytime hours. The high temperature is also expected to soar into the low 90s. Rain chances remain at 30 percent heading into the overnight hours. In the good news department, forecasters say most storms should move out of the region by about 8 p.m. or so on Tuesday, but partly cloudy skies could hamper long-distance visibility of fireworks.
